Eko, creating fine hand crafted, Perfectly Imperfect surfaces. Each and every stage of the process of creating our fine surfaces will have a touch of the human element. The edges of your exquisite EkoVitra Surface will not be precisely shaped by a machine. Instead, our edges will have small imperfections as they are skillfully shaped. The polishing will not be accurately controlled by a computer, it will be carefully polished by hand. Small voids and bugholes are purposely left in areas giving each surface it’s own distinctive personality.
Eko warrants that our products will be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship during normal use for a full 2 years residential and 1 years commercial. Eko Magnesium Ceramic products are intended for indoor use only. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care or cleaning of your Eko product will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover the natural characteristics of Eko hand crafted products, which include, but are not limited to, color variations, water marks, hairline fractures, voids, bug holes, natural pigment movements, stains, surface etching, erosion or surface marks. Eko is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs. In no event shall the responsibility of Eko exceed the purchase price of the product.
Our only liability, under this warranty is to repair or replace products which are returned to us and are determined by Eko to be defective. Such a product must be returned, shipping charges prepaid, within 2 years / 1 years of the original ship date. Customer shall have the responsibility to inspect all products immediately upon receipt to assure that they are free from damage. In the event of damage, it is the customer’s responsibility to file any and all claims against the freight carrier.
